Cant get OE steering stabilizer off. help with install?

I cant seem to get the OE steering stabilizer off my 2005 F250. I got both the nuts off and the rod end (the rod that flexes in and out of the shock) is out of the bracket but the other end has a bolt or something similar to a bolt connecting it to the tie rod. The bolt goes through the tie rod and even though the nut is off I cant get the bolt out. Anyone follow me? Any help would be appreciated.

I believe it's a tapered stud like a tie-rod end. If you have a pickle fork (tie rod end tool) that will fit you can use that or just hold a big hammer on the back side of the tie rod and hit the front of the tie rod with another hammer to pop the stud out.

I heated the bag out of mine and then hit it with a larger hammer...
