I thought the hi-boy didn't come around till after 66.

...but then, I don't have a clue...

mtpcage, Hi-boy is a term placed on the 4X4s that are up off the ground. I believe it's because of the transfer case used, causing the body to be raised unuselly higher. There is no badging or other designation beyond needing a step ladder for the ladies to ride.
