Granatelli maf sensor

anybody heard good or bad about it?? debating making the investment for my 4.0

Have you done anything else to the intake or heads that would warrant a larger MAF? If not, its just a waste of money. You probably already have a 65-70mm MAF that is plenty big for your 4.0.

yah have installed a volant cold air intake, a throttle body spacer,and a superchip tuner,and a gibson catback big exhaust

I have heard of 4.0Ls freakin' out when given larger MAFs, even to the point of only 5MM.

physically this one looks like the same size as the one i took off..but im gonna put the stoc one on my work bench just in case...the truck seems to be running fine with the new one ..just stalled once.....

Given what you've done to the truck, I'd send it back. By intake mods, I mean like replacing or porting the intake manifold, not installing a bling-bling cold air kit. If its the same size as the stock piece, then you're not gaining anything at all. The only reason to swap MAFs is to go to a larger one when the stock piece becomes a restriction. If you had put a blower (ie., supercharger) on the engine, then you *might* have had a need for one.
