The way the injectors are wired on that truck is in groups of four: 1,4,5,8 as one group and 2,3,6,7 as the second group (I assume a V8 since you said left injectors). If all four on one side are not firing, then none of the injectors are firing because of the way they are grouped. There can be several wiring issues that would cause this problem. I would test for 12V on the red wires of the injectors with the key on, engine off. Let us know what you find. Do you know if you are getting spark to the plugs?
