Manually Locking Torque Converter
Has anyone tried put a switch in to manually lock the TC?
Wondering if the is an advantage to locking it once your going
ie, instead of having it unlock everytime you let off the gas, or coast down a hill......

I have a t/c lock swith. ti is realy nice. it saved me from smokeing my trany the other day too I was towing a 7K on back roads slow so i did not have enough air over the cooler got the trany temp up to 200 before I noticed locke up the t/c and it started to cool off. I also use it just on regular driving too . if you got the diesel section 99-2003 there a alot of post there on this
