Don't worry Kansas/BTK may not live too long

There have been other infamous convicted serial murderers that didn't die of natural causes in prison. If Kansas is lucky, dennis rader won't make it too long either.

I am ranking this guy in the top five of all time sickest people that ever lived.
He is worse than Jeffrey Dahlmer, Gacy, or any of the latest batch of demons in recent history.

Cold-blooded yes but sick, sorry. Anyone who murders so they can eat human flesh takes the category to me.

I can't eloborate here. I have a bad feeling about this guy...I heard and read some of the court testimony, and I have a feeling this man is truly evil. I believe this man committed some of the most psychologically terrifying acts ever. OJ, Scott Peterson, Dahlmer, Gacy, etc. they don't scare me, and they didn't shock me, but BTK looks and sounds very evil to me, I am truly feeling disturbed by his existence. Ever heard of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde?

See, the thing about BTK is how "normally" he talks about his killings. He's telling how he killed a family like he was describing a day at work.

Notice how he never says "kill" or "murder"....it's always "put down" or "took care of" or "did."

He is a truly evil man and I'm wondering why he's still alive.

I am truely scared by the guy, I used to work just north of Wichita and he would come into my store on occasion to buy clothing. The whole thought of being around a person that sick scares me.

I will just add, this is such an upsetting story we shouldn't go into the details, in case of any eight year olds (or younger) viewing this post.

I'm still trying to figure out why this man wasn't given the death penalty 20 mins after he was convicted. Im sure everyone can agree this man does deserve the lethal injection.

I agree on going into details, we shouldn't do it but I do agree that there should be special circumstances where someone that admits to crimes this horrible should be put to death immediately. Why should we have to pay to keep his belly full and his clothing clean?

Kansas didn't have the death penalty when the crimes took place. Period.

Maybe HE will kill someone in prison and THEN get the death penalty?

I haven't heard (as of yet) of anybody jumping to his rescue, like they do to other murderer's nowadays.

That should tell us something.

Where I live, even these crimes would not justify capital punishment for most of our 'politicians'. Our gov has been trying to get such a law into place (for cases where the quilt is unquestionable), but it looks unlikely it will happen. [A large majority of citizens, those with at least with some reason, do support it however, as though that matters. . .]

The dangerous aspect in this is not ONLY applicable to the one perpetrator.

A point was made - he did not "Personify" the victims, or the acts committed. They were "it", "that", "putting down", etc....

One who divorces oneself from human beings to the degree that they are 'objects' like cattle is a seriously warped personality, and phsycopathy is just one step further. Think now about gangs, and such....

When people are no longer people in the perception of an individual, at that point the doorway into hell yawns widest.

It has been argued by respected psychologists that Adolph Hitler had no direct idea what it was that he did. He was insulated from it all.

I worry about people in this day and age. I often wonder when I hear racist terms if the person speaking has ever had a friend who was from somewhere farther away than fifty miles... And when I notice in someones speach a preponderance of "them", they", "those people", and such (not to mention epithets) if they have ever once looked at someone else and seen the real human being standing there.

No doubt Dennis Rader/BTK was a sicko he and Gary Ridgway/Green River Killer are the most depraved serial murderers ever. Both should been executed very swiftly.

Not yet, but they're out there, they're just too cowardly to speak up - trust me on this. When a young boy was raped and killed by a couple of 'men' here recently, there were plenty, politicians included, who would defend their right to live (heck, there's plenty here who don't think it a crime! - the rape part anyways.) And I don't exagerate - at all.
