Drain Fuel Tank

I just had my work warehouse inspected by the local Fire Marshall. We are required to drain the fuel tanks of trucks in storage. How do I do that for a 1997 F-150?

I have a 1998 F250 with the 5.4, and when I had to replace the fuel pump, I had to drop the tank with all of its contents.. It was a bit heavy, but not impossible. Maybe unhook the fuel line forward of the pump, and turn on the truck and let the pump do the work for ya..
