99- Rear windshield wiper inop
Are there any known issues with the rear wiper? Mine doesn't seem to work. I have checked the fuse and it's good. I'm ready to remove the rear panel but not sure what to look for. Any tips on removing the rear panel would be helpful.

Before you go crazy and tear up the panel, one simple thing to check is to see if your back window is closed. if the rear window is not closed all the way the windsheild wiper will not work. I know from experience
