I was wondering what you guys could tell me about a 4.2L V6, 5 speed for a 1997 Ford F-150.

What's the horsepower/torque, and power in general like. Do you have any recommendations that I could invest in to make it more powerful, etc? I have searched for 4.2, 4.2L, etc on the forums and it came up with little to nothing, so I figured I'd get my feet wet and post in here.

Any information you can give me would be appreciated as I will buying this truck soon, I believe.
