Running...BAD. Got some codes, need some help diciphering.
I'll try to make this easy if I can and give you guy all the info I can.
The scanner in use is my AutoXray.
The truck is a 93 250 w/351.
The codes I have are:
18- coil issue???
332
536- could be from me not being in the truck to operate some of the manual procedures the computer wants you to.
Anyhow, the truck has an idle that goes from just about stalling up to about 800. I replaced the plugs, wires, and cap 'n rotor in the last couple of weeks. About a couple of weeks ago it would start and idel OK, but then die when I put it in gear. It was a hard start after that, but it would start. Eventually once I got it warmed up it seemed OK, but it was a tad low on power. I continued to run it, but last week was the worst. I felt like I lost 4 cylinders and she started to overheat when I pushed her. Backfiring and all. In the last year I have done the fuel filter, PCV, IAC, and TPS about 1.5 years ago.
Also to add, which may be nothing, but it could be so I'm just going to lay it out there for you. I was getting a goose sound fro under the hood. Eventually it would clear. I have straight pipes on the truck and when it runs and warms up a bit I notice the pass side engine exhaust is warm, but the driver's is not. May sound funny, but that's the case. I was looking at the exhaust to see if I could see anything from one side of the engine to the next.
Anyhow, I don't know what else to add. That code 18 on my scanner says insufficient spark which is making me think it could be a half *** firing coil......but I didn't know if there was such a thing. If I get on the throttle things seem to clear up.
SO....maybe you can tell me. Sorry if this is a repetitive type post, but I didn't really find a lot that was applicable to my questions.
Thanks for your help.

-The EGR Valve diaphgram could be broken.
-There's a leak in the vacuum line from EGR valve to EVR solenoid.
-EVR Solenoid doesn't supply vacuum.
-The EVP sensor is bad.
-EGR valve is dirty.
Code 536: Brake On/Off circuit failure / switch not actuated during KOER test...
-When doing the KOER test, you'll see 4 flashes. At this point, step on the brake and turn the steering wheel.
It's odd that you get a 2-digit code and 3-digit codes as well, but I guess it's possible.
Code 18: SPOUT circuit open or spark angle word failure.
- I'm not really sure on this code, but check if your SPOUT connector is plugged in.
