PVC valve location on '00 Explorer 4.0 SOHC

So after reading all the good posts about what everyone does for maintenance I realized that I have not changed the PVC valve...ever. (77k miles)...I have always changed my own oil/filters etc. on both of my vehicles...so the other night I was changing oil and I was going to replace the PVC valve but I couldn't for the life of me find where it is at?...I have lots of excuses...unheated garage (I'm in MN), it was late etc. etc...So can someone tell me where I need to look? Someplace closer than under the hood...

I have a 99 with the 4.0 SOHC, so the PCV should be in the same place. It is located on the back of the motor against the firewall on the passenger side of the engine. What you will see is a pair of vacuum line running into a T-connector, then into the PVC. Easiest thing to do would be to grab it by the T, then pull it out, then take the T off.... and do things in reverse to get it back in. Let us know if ou have any troubles and I'm sure we can help.
