Question Is it Dana 44 or Dana 60

I have a 1975 F250 High Boy. Trying to determin what axle is in the front. I suspect it is a dana 44. But looking at break down picture of the dana 60. It possibly could be it too. It has the closed Knuckle. I have tried to cross the numbers on the axles, with no luck finding any thing that will reference the numbers off axles.
Front axle: 603395-1 with a marked ratio of 4 09
Rear axle: 603382-11 with a marked ratio of 4 10

The Dana 44 has a much smaller cover than the Dana 60.
You might have better luck in the suspension forum.
This thread will be moved there.

you have a 44 heavy duty up front because the 60 would have had 4.10's not 4.09's. so it has the 44.

Put a wrench on one of the cover bolts. 44's use a 1/2" wrench, 60's use a 9/16's.

Alright, I did some research for ya. According to the .pdf file on the Dana Expert website, www2.dana.com/expert, for '67-'78 Ford axle applications:

603395-1 is a Dana 44 front axle in a '73.5-'75 F250 with 4.09 ratio, open differential, and part time transfer case.

603382-11 is a Dana 60 rear axle in a '73-'75 F250 with 4.10 ratio and open differential.
