What area in particular do you need ,its a big book ?

on edit you could join www.alldata.com for $14 and have the wiring harness at your disposal for a year and also print it off when needed

On 01 superduty's there is a 12v switched customer access wire (Light Blue with a pink tracer) LB/pk this was setup for the 12v source wire for the PTO
Chk your owners manual for that fuse
That wire is dead ended up under the dash,it should be tied back with a few others.remove the fuse access panel look over to your right and follow the harness up towards the radio.
In 02 they changed the colors of this wire to wh/lb .
