transfer case problem 2001 awd
I,m new to this site as I,m new to this expy. I just bought this 2001 and reading through these theads has helped me out greatly. My problem is that if I try to drive this truck in awd I just get alot of clucking. Now if I put it in 4x4 the vehicle seems to move normally. Now if I pull fuse 104 and try to drive it as a 2 wheel drive vehicle ( I learned this trick here) it feels like something is slipping and won't pull the truck very good. My question is can the front wheel drive portion of the transfer case be working ok and the rear portion of the transfer case be slipping and if so is there any fix for this besides replacing the case.
