ratteling door panels

has anyone else had problems with the outside door moulding panelson the expedition ratteling. the gray ones on th bottom of the door

Many people have. There is a TSB written about it.

Use search, you'll find it.

Had the same problem. Took it to the dealer and they installed some type of foam backing. Haven't heard a sound since. Was covered under warranty.

The rattling is a known issue and is covered under warranty. So is the fading and discoloration of the cladding. They will replace them if they are fading.
