Map Updates

Has anyone purchased the 10 CD set from Navteq for the Factory Navigation system in the 2003 Expedition or 2004 I guess for that matter?

I'm looking at that upgade, too, as my 2003 Expy EB didn't come with all of the 2002 discs from the used car lot.
