ford 9in to dana 60 swap?
ok i have a 79 f-150 with a ford 9in and just got a dana 60 from a 79 f-250 i was woundering what all i have to do to make this swap as far as the drive shaft or u-joints or anything i may have to change.also i am running 40in boggers with a mild built 460 around 350rwhp will the dana 60 hold up to that with a spool

A 2wd or post highboy 60 will bolt in. You will have to shorten your driveshaft, and the joints may be the same or not. I got lucky because when I converted my truck to 4x4 the 150 donor driveshaft used the same u-joints as the 250. Just had to shorten it a little.
