EGT's on stock 05'
Has anyone monitored Exhaust Gas Temps on a stock 6.0? My stock 01' cummins will get to 1200 on long grades. only have 2500 miles on my 05' and have not installed guages, yet.

I've got an 04 unmodded, and I can get to 1200 WOT pulling 8000 lbs up a 7% grade into a head wind. It was at 1200 steady state for over a minute, so it looks like this is the highest I will ever see with this combo. Good thing, as I read on here that 1250 sustained is about the highest you want to see. Oh, and while I was pulling this grade, I was passing a Dodge diesel pulling what appeared to be a smaller trailer then mine

On my of F350 towing a 8k trailer and 2 bikes in the bed I never saw over 900 post turbo. I got that withouth a trailer mashing the gas going up a hill going 90.
I'll update it when I put the air intake on in a week or so.
