Coolant blowing out the fill cap

I have an 04 Excursion and when I get on it it blows coolant out the fill cap. I have a Bully Dog Module. Any help?

Suck some fluid out of the resovoir till its right on the min line cold...lots of them come way over filled...

The cap may be under rated for the 15 lbs of pressure it's supposed to hold...
but even after that was replaced...
I let the coolant drop down to about 3/4 " BELOW the minimum mark last summer and it hasn't dropped below that since... nor overheated in Texus heat!
even with MANY WOT starts with predator....
