To do or not to do

Hi, I have a stock 1980 Bronco (351M 4 spd, propane) that I want to lift and make it a good off-road machine. That said, I bought a non-running 1986 F-150 4X4 (302 EFI auto) with a 6" Trailmaster suspension lift and good 36" Swamper radials for the lift and tires. Stupid me decided to try and get the truck running just-because, and it turned out to be a minor problem and now it runs great. Body is not-so-great but everything works and it is driven daily 40 KM. It is a reg cab so my wife and 2 kids cannot all use it. Should I-----A. Part it out , using the lift and tires as planned and sell the motor, rear end, trans etc (motor and trans are not compatible for spares) B. Drive it til it drops then do above. C. Sell it for twice what I paid and try to find a good lift and tires elsewhere? D. Just keep both. I hate the thought of taking apart a perfectly good running truck but overall I think using all the parts and selling the rest makes the most monetary sense.
P.S I love driving this truck and it's got power galore.
Hope someone else has been in this situation and has some good advice!
P.S I paid $500.00 for the bronco and body is good enough and have new engine for it. And I paid $1000.00 for the F-150.
Thanks

Why not swap the drivetrain into the bronco, making it a bit more realiable and easier to drive...... That or drive the truck, fix whatever body work needs done, and give the wife and kids the bronc....

body would have to be replaced, it's been rolled onto it's side. there is not one repairable panel on it. The biggest reason I considered parting it out is cause I don't want EFI or computers in my Bronco, It's just too much to be able to work on when out on the trail. I've already had to bypass the computer for my fuel pumps to work. Plus I'd need a different fuel tank etc etc.
P.S the Bronco is for the wife and kids, I get the minivan (not fair is it)

Keep the truck and sell the minivan.
