abs light and vibrating brakes
Hey guys, long time no talk to.
Okay here is my problem. My abs light comes on as soon as I back out of my driveway and stays on the duration of the time I am driving. Also when I brake, the wobbles very noticibly. Also sometimes after I just started driving I will apply the brakes but it feels like they stutter before they engage. And trust me that can be very scary. What do you guys think is wrong. My husband thinks we need a new master cylinder but want to explore other options before we go there. Thanks in advance guys, I know you guys will come thru as you always do.

THIS SEEMS LIKE A MAJOR PROBLEM FORD SHOULD COVER IN A RECALL, I NEARLY REARENDED CARS WITHIN INCHES BECAUSE THE ABS WAS ENGAGING NEAR FULL STOPS, ALLOWING THE TRUCK TO 'COAST' FORWARD A WHILE'
I just went thru this ordeal...
the wobble is from warped rotors probably, you will probably need new pads and your rotors resurfaced...
I had 2 codes read out... one was for front LFS sensor, and the other was some kind of ...redundancy fault... I believe it is a bad rear differential sensor

about the stutter, I almost rear ended a few cars, it only happens at like 5mph or under right....
just disconnect the ABS fuse and it will not 'stutter', till you get it fixed

how do you disconnect the abs fuse
How do you disconnect fuse. I have the Haynes book but couldn't find the abs fuse. Also how do you get the troublecodes for the abs system. Do you have to go to the dealership? Thanks guys.
