exhaust manifold choke heat tubes, 360?
My '76, F250, 4X4, 360, has two tubes coming out of the top rear of the right exhaust manifold one of which is about 1/4"(the rearmost) and the other 3/16" OD. I'm pretty sure that the large one connects to the port in the rear floor of the air horn of the MC 2100 carb from which it pulls clean air. I believe the front, 3/16" OD tube, feeds heated air to the choke. I'd like to know how each of these tubes are supposed to be connected to the carb. What types of fittings are used? Wat's the best way to re-attach the small tube when it breaks off or comes out of the exhaust manifold?
