wheels and tires

I have a 95 Ranger, 5-speed, 2wd, 4 banger. I was wondering if anyone knew if a 2003 SVT Cobra-R 17x8 or 18x9 would fit under my fenders w/o cutting or anything. I also have it lowered 3 in. on the front and 4 in. in the back. And if anyone knows of a good set of these wheels and tires in the south central area of Virginia are for sell, PLEASE LET ME KNOW. This is a daily driver/project truck. And if anyone has had any luck on replacing the bulbs in the gauges w/o tearing the whole dash out, let me know about that too.

Can't help on the tire fit but you'll need to pull the instrument cluster out for the bulbs. It's not a hard job, replace all the bulbs so you don't have to do it again for a while.
