Billet Grille installation for '04 Expy

Has anyone here with an 03/04 replaced their stock grille? I want to replace mine with a billet aluminum grille, but I've never done this type of modification. Can anyone tell me what tools I'll need (other than regular mechanic tools)? I remember someone saying that I'll need a reciprocating saw (or the like) to cut our the existing grill...is that correct?

Also, I was considering purchasing this grille off eBay...

Watch the shipping charges before you buy... $25 is pretty steep for just the top grille (the bottom is more). You can find the set cheaper on the internet.
