Front Vibration

I've developed a weird vibration in the left front end, which only happens when I make a hard right turn.

So far, it's only noticable in the drivers floor pan. It's fairly faint, until you take a turn at higher speed, then it becomes really noticable. Any thoughts?

How does the tire look on that side, has it been balanced lately?

if its a 4x4, you may need a new hub on that side. happened to my dad 3 times, on the same truck, onece it was a jerk mechanic though... and they all werent the same side.
