fusible links
hi i'm new here i'm the proud owner
of a 78 f100 302 short wheel base a
74 f250 390 and a 81 f100 with a 255c.i.d.
i just bought the 74 from a guy he said the ignition was on
when he put a battery on it he said all the fuses shown to be
o.k i haven't had the time to really look at it myself i'm thinking it could be a fusible link what do you'll think how common
is it for a link to go bad THANKS

Some of the guys that run the show around here thought you would get more help down here inthe electrical forum.
I would do as Dennis said, and take a survey of what is working and what isn't with a known good battery, Then write back. If absolutely nothing is working, then it is probably a fusible link near the starter relay.
