I am seeing Job #1 and #2 Builds on different window stickers on 04 PSDs. I have looked at a lot of trucks recently and am wondering if Job #2 may identify trucks built after the change to the 04 engine on Sept 29th 2003.

I have noticed that the SD trucks built late last year and this year have a different type(texture) of cloth on the seats than the early 04s(built in 03).

Anyone know the answer? I'm probably off in left field as usual... lol

 

I think that JOB2 was sometime in December, not the September engine change date.

That makes sense, The PSD Lariat and XLT I was looking at yesterday had a build dates of 12/12/03 and 04/12/04 and were Job #2 and the Two XLT's that were Job #1 had build dates before July 03.
