I just finished putting on a set of Cabela's Universal Bucket/Bench combo seat covers. I'm really impressed with the ease of install. The front buckets are designed with a velcro opening on either side of the head rest to fit the upper seat belt. They have elasticized edges and two straps on the back of the headrest that are woven thru "d" rings on the sides of the cover and then attach to each other at the bottom of the seat. Very secure fit. They are advertised as both water repellant and resistant. With the rear bench seat you'll need to get the large. It fits by elastic fittings like a bed sheet around the bottom and completely wraps/tucks around the sides and top of the seats. It does not accomodate the middle upper seatbelt but I plan on modifying this similar to how the factory designed the front covers. They fit perfect and the care instructions simply read to machine wash cold and air dry. I have yet to get them dirty but it is fishing season and hunting season is just around the corner. BTW, purchase price was $60.00, I also ordered the Husky Liners in black and they are awesome. Full-length rear that tucks under the rear subwoofer and cover the entire carpet. Hope this helps, Jerry
I would like that protection in my truck, but they will surely cover up the storage pocket behind the front seats as well as interfering with the seat adjustment controls.
Would you find these assumptions to be correct? My wife is pretty handy with a sewing machine and I wonder if she can make adjustments to the covers...hummm
That's right, $60.00 for both fronts and the back bench seat. Just go to www.cabelas.com and look under the automotive for the Universal Combo. Couple of different colors available too.
F150Texan,
No actually they don't interfere with the seat controls. The fabric tucks around the seat cushion and not the black plastic with controls. I'll try and borrow a friends camera so I can post some pics. The rear "laces" down the back but the pocket is still exposed and I have tried removing/replacing my atlas and it's just fine. All you have to do is adjust the lace.

That would be great, because that is a great price for something that will protect those cloth seats of mine That tan interior is gorgeous IMO, but not very kid friendly, and I have 3 of those
I have a subwoofer and 2 amps under the back bench. will I have problems putting in the bench seat cover? I have a picture of my subwoofer in my profile if you could let me know, Very interested!!!
No you won't have any problems with the bench cover. It basically fits much like a bed sheet with the elastic hem. Just slips around the bottom, sides and then tucks up top. There are 4 velcro tabs up top that you can adhere to the panel or back of seats. I just tucked mine up top. There's a flap that's approx 10" long and the extra material is plenty to tuck around the seats. I ride around with a patrol bag and an "A" bag of my gear on the back seat and no problems.
I have the same covers. They were $19.99 for each front bucket and $19.99 for the rear bench. They install very easily and I actually slide onto my seat easier gettin in. The one drawback, they aren't exactly a custom fit, but they aren't bad and really do look pretty good. For $60 I dont care if I ruin them and have to replace them every two years or so. If you got a hot date (my wife might not like that) they come off oand on pretty easily too. Actually my wife even likes em. I think they come in black, tan, and red.
Yes I would, matter of fact that's the primary reason why I bought them. The box also reads both "Water repellant" and "Water resistant".
Ryanm, the only interference is the middle seatbelt mounted at the shoulder. I never have 5 in the truck anyways so it wasn't a concern for me. I am looking at ways to modify the back to fit, possibly a zipper for split it but it's not a big priority right now.
