Royal Purple/Red Line oil in SD?

Hey guys, kinda confused from the oil forum. I have an 02 250, 5.4, ex cab, 4x4. I've been loyal to using motorcraft since new, but looking at the specs for the RPand RL, sounds like it's worth the extra money. I posted this here to get feedback from SD guys, not every ford owner.

Go with the RP you can't lose with synthetic oil....RL is good also!
