4" lift, how difficult is this?
i would like to lift my little bii but i was wondering how hard it is to do myself. BTW it is an 87 bii, eddie bauer, 2.9, 4wd. if anyone could help with this, i would greatly appreciate it. THANKS!

hey there, it really depends on what kidn of lift you're talking about, suspension lift is hard to do by yourself, you can put some spacers on the leafs and play with tortion bars. for a body lift you can only go three inches without extending things such as shifting linkage, steering column, and the likes. A three inch body lift is pretty simple, take all body mounts out, there's ten of them, put hockey pucks or square tubing if you like in between the frame reails and body, put longer bolts back in, simple.
