can you believe it! went to the tint shop to have a tint job and as he was adjusting my rear view mirrir for a tint strip he (the owner)cracked my windshield. It was kinda cold out that mornin. His old lady was freakin! He took one look at my truck and had the nerve to ask me if i had made any aftermarket modifications to the windshield? LMAO. Now that is. I wasn't then. I never really heard of any mods to a windshield. Oh well. They are a nice couple who do good work. He just had to ask. When I took it to the glass shop they asked me who put it in? I said it was stock and they remarked how well it was put in and what a buger it was gettin out. Been about five days and everything seems ok. Gotta go get my strip now. When I made the appt. the owner inquired about the rear view mirror. Practically LOL I told him I would remove it for him.

i hope that whoever replaced yer windsheild did a better job at it then they did on mine. they left a bunch of knicks on my dash and on my cowl!!!

I hate that! of course sometimes you have to follow up in those situations. They had left some plastic tabs off that hold the cowl in place. By the way. Anybody know where u find those things? Dealer, auto parts store, body shops,? Thanks!
