front leaf springs from PS and v 10

heres my Q. I had a 99 F-250 with the PS and put a lift on it,, I currently have a 2000 F350 with the V-10 both 4x4's.

is the spring rate from the PS different from the leafs from a V-10.

Depends on what code springs they each have.....could be more, less or the same.

if by chance the ps springs are more, and I put them on my f 350, will it change the ride hight, will the front site any higher..

Should sit somewhat higher......amount would depend on what you have now vs. what were on the PSD.

Look at the VIN sticker on the door post, in the lower right hand corner there's a place that says "SPR" (spring) and two letter under it. The first letter is the front spring type and the second the rear spring. What does each truck say? Essentially, that's how I leveled my 1994 F150 4.9L. I got coil springs from an F250HD with the 5.8L and bang! level as could be.
