Carli 2017-2022 Ford Super Duty Signature Series (Level Height) Suspension System

Has anyone installed this: Carli 2017-2022 Ford Super Duty Signature Series (Level Height) Suspension System https://www.cjcoffroad.com/products/carli-2017-ford-super-duty-signature-series-2-5-3-5-lift-suspension-system

Carli

I want to raise the truck up about 2 in and soften up the front end a bit. I have the 5,990 lb springs and even with the tires aired down a little bit it's still pretty harsh. I've exchanged several emails with CJC Offroad and they recommend I install the 3.25 inch rear blocks as well (mine are 2"). I asked him if the truck would still have about a 1 inch forward rake because that's what I have now and he sent me a link to a YouTube video but the truck in that video looks pretty level. I asked about that and he said I could install the 4-in rear blocks.

I was also considering installing their torsion sway bar up front. CJC Offroad said that kit with the torsion sway bar would be a good combination.

Should I just install the kit and see where I'm at on height and then order the rear blocks if necessary?

yea that's what id do with the rear blocks.

another option instead of the pricey torsion sway bar would be the tremor sway bar. felt as good as a sway bar delete for off camber stuff but retained the highway stability.

if you want to save even more money, drop the carli track bar, and run the ready lift track bar drop bracket with the stock bar.

I am not impressed with the Carli products or the way my truck rides for $$$$'s this stuff costs. It took 3 months of back and forth shipping of shocks that were leaking straight out of the box. Some of the boxes were even stained with oil. I really do not have confidence that the shocks I have now will last very long before they start leaking.

My original idea was to run the tremor 5600 or 5200 lb springs and sway bar but I cannot find the Ford part numbers for the springs, sway bar, bushings. I have the engineering number that's on the Tremor springs but the Ford vendor here on the forum (Apple?) said they need the actual Ford part numbers.

Honestly, if I were looking at the sway bar or the radius arms, I'd go with the radius arms 100%. I did both on mine. The radius arms allow the caster adjustment which is a huge deal once you start lifting these trucks. No monkeying around with shims and trying to get it right. Plus, if you want to go a different direction with bigger tires in the future, and need some more caster, you just use a different slot insert. It's literally a few minutes of time.

All that said, I have seen a nice improvement on the handling of the vehicle with the carli set up. It drives much more like a car around corners and **** doesn't shake when I hit a pothole or expansion joint. I drove it for a few hundred miles on factory spec PSI just to see what the components were doing vs. the tire pressure. The component give it s solid, connected feel and absorb a lot of the negative steering impacts of rough roads.

When I dropped my 35x12.5x18's down just 5 pounds in the front and rear, it really improved the seat comfort. Five Pounds was not enough to even notice a difference when looking at the tires, but you can feel it in your butt for sure. I'm going to see how are down on pressure I can go without triggering the TPMS light and that's where I'll leave it.

My system was expensive, but it rides better and looks great. Good luck
