1994 F250 351w Crank No Start, No Fuel Pressure at Rail

The truck cranks, but doesn't want to start, and there's no fuel pressure in the rail. I know the midship tank fuel pump works, and the fuel filter isn't clogged. but it's just been kicking my butt

Check for pressure before fuel filter and see what you get. Shorten where might be the problem. Have you checked for voltage at the pump connector? Do you hear the pump priming?

I did ensure that the fuel pump works, and the fuel filter isn't clogged, but I just have no fuel pressure in the rail

Jump the fuel pump test port, turn key to run position and see if you get fuel to the rail. If not, pull the tank selector switch and verify it’s sending power out.

look at the wiring diagram for it. Check Power going in and out on each tank when selected at the switch. Mine went bad not too long ago.
