Basically, they are all in Canada
You should start a thread (as you have) and find them
I take it you have one or just the tailgate?
Used to see them at the dealer once in a while, the speedos were in Kilometers per hour
Not much difference besides the speedo and the badging IIRR but cool none the less
There used to be a couple of domain specific sites for Mercury trucks, but those people and sites aged out.
Slick60s used to have a Mercury specific forum.
All Mercury's were from 1968 and older.

No, most of the Canada made Mercury trucks were bought by US. They went to Canada, bought them and brought them back to the US. Now, there are very few Mercury trucks in Canda, probably more in the US.
No, KMH started after 1970, there were no Mercury trucks EVER with a KPH.
1966 and older, you can identify a 'real' Mercury by finding the M100 in the VIN. All 1967 and 1968 Mercury trucks and the F100 in the VIN.
It's easy to tell a fake Mercury truck, but only if it is pre-1966.
