99 F-350 2WD dually coil spring buckets
Hey everyone, I've got a 99 F-350 dually, ZF6, 7.3 PS, rear wheel drive that I need to replace the coil spring buckets on. It's stupidly hard to find actual replacements, as most everything seems to be for the 4x4 models and I can't find good clarification on whether the coil buckets are interchangeable. Can anyone help with this? Or let me know if I can use the buckets from a newer model Super Duty in place (if I have to drill the frame for a couple new holes, it's not a huge deal), even this isn't clear.. as I don't know if I'd need newer springs, can reuse the old ones... same with the 2WD vs 4x4... are they taller, shorter... different spring setup? Do I need to replace the spring seats on the I beams?.... yeah.. headache... help is much appreciated!

I’ve been searching brackets for a newer model, anyways, I’ve found some of the online oem parts houses are pretty helpful if you email them with your vin they can probably get you part numbers and a diagram that may not show up on their online websites. I’ve been dealing with quirkparts.com they are quick. But I’m pretty sure pre 2005 model 4x4 were all leaf spring in front?
