2015 e450 van engine in a 2015 f450 super duty ?
i have a 2015 ford f450 bucket truck with the 3 valve 6.8 v10 i found a 2015 6.8 v10 2 valve engine out of a 2015 e450 van the intake is different its made of aluminum mine is plastic everything looks like i should be able to just change the intake over on to the e450 van engine the valve covers are plastic on the van engine mine has aluminum valve covers does anybody know if i will be able to use the van engine or do i need to find a f450 3 valve engine ?

If it works, it will need more than a parts swap. It will need the PCM reprogrammed as well.
I've never heard of anyone bolting a 3-valve intake to a 2-valve engine. I suspect this is because there are large differences.

i think i just found a answer i was looking at some heads on ebay the 2valve heads have a round intake port and the 3 valve head is rectangular port so it looks like i got to find another engine or rebuilding it
