IMHO, because there were 7 different pulley combinations used back in the 1960's, it's best just to take a piece of heavy string or 3/8" rope and wrap it around the pulley's, mark where the two ends intersect and remove it and measure it.
The original request was for a 1989 302, which uses a single serpentine belt, vs a 1960's engine would use multiple belts that are much shorter.
Specifically, if you removed the smog pump and power steering pump from a 60's engine, there is a good chance you won't need to change the belts for the water pump or alternator.
But since this is for the single serpentine belt, the best advice is to measure the length with a rope over all the pulleys in the new routing.
Also note that after you've removed those accessories, the routing path will change significantly, and you will want to make sure you still have enough wrap around the remaining accessories, which I think are the water pump, A/C compressor, and alternator.
