1997 F350 interia switch location

My original owners Manual says it is behind the passenger kick panel, but I don't see it, I did have something that looked like what someone showed in another thread, but no red button to pust in. Someone else said it is under the dash cover. Does someone know where it is on a 1997 F350 7.3, can your show me what I looking for and it's location, Thank you.

Its behind the passenger kick panel on gasoline powered F150-F350s

88-97 7.3 engines have a mechanical pump from the factory unless it was converted to efuel.
