Chain Tensioner Noise?? HELP
Found a decent deal on a 2004 Ranger, 4.0 Auto with 135k miles. But the more I’ve been reading the more I’m nervous of timing chain issues. Can anyone tell from the clip I linked below if there’s any signs of rattle? To me it sounds a little noisy but I’ve never heard this engine in person and I really don’t know for sure, and I’m also paranoid. This truck is a an hour and half away so I’m a little hesitant, but it is what I’m looking for.
