Vermont December 2025 - Time to get the tree up, lights on the house and stay off the naughty list

Good morning woodchucks. AND congratulations Jim, nothing like waiting for the last day!. Nice looker. Went up back yesterday but as usual, nothing to see here. No tracks, no rubs, no nothing. Going to have to find some new places to hunt next year until this area grows back

Good afternoon Shawn. I would rather of done that the first day but you know how hunting in Vermont is. But I could have been done the first Sunday if I had known not to rest the barrel of the gun on a solid object. Good luck packing
We have been having cold weather with about 6" of snow the last few days.
I made a stupid mistake...... I left the back of the house faucet on with a Wye connector that had its own shutoffs'. The wye connector froze and split, spraying water for a couple of days.
