I can't figure out why my left rear turn signal/brake light does not work. Reverse and running lights work fine. When I check the volts on the wire, it is totally dead. It is the same on the trailer lights. The lights blinks on the dash and it hyperflashes like the bulb is dead, though I know it is not, plus I know it has no power.
I checked the fuse just in case. I wouldn't think it is the relay since the right signal works fine and everything lights up on the instrument panel.
Any thoughts or knowledge on where the wire goes? I have the wiring diagrams, but can't read those well. Does someone know where it goes and I can go track it down. Red Wire highlighted by my black line
Dont know if you have this fixed or not yet?
Now you say dash and front? work Do they flash or just come on?
As you might know you will have to back trace from that point to where you do get power.
Could be the wire broke somewhere running down the frame and why no power?
You may need to back trace all the way to the turn signal switch.
You should have 4 wires coming out, 1 to each corner of the camper.
The rear light have the brake light also but a signal from the brake light switch goes up to the turn switch so if you have say the left turn on with brake light on the brake light is canceled and just the turn works.
Maybe that is what is happening but not letting any power through?
Good luck

Thank you for the reply and explanation on how this works. If I understood properly, the wire runs all the way up to the physical turn signal on the steering wheel?
