86 f150 straight 6 base 2wd swap to 89 f150 lariat 4x4 rear end
The rear end on my 2wd 86 f150 automatic went out.
This truck started as a standard but had a midlife crisis at some point. I want to put the standard transmission and front and rear end of of my 89 f150 xlt lariat 4x4. It has the 5.0 fuel injected while the 86 is a straight 6 carb. The 5.0 is shot and no title. Do I need to watch out for anything on this swap?
