My 5 year old put a booger on the TV screen. He and the other kids thought it was hilarious, until I made him clean it off. It was only funny to me because kids find humor in the craziest things and with everyone laughing, it can be contagious.
Does that count, or did you want to keep this limited to shows that are seen on the TV?

Cheesy, but the funniest thing I've seen is the America's Funniest Video where the cat falls off the TV. Also the one where the cat falls in the aquarium six or seven times in a row. Don't know why, but I laugh every time I see those.
BTW, I do love cats. Just fun to see their dignity shot to heck now and then.
I don't watch TV much
But I just like a good comedian on comedy central or something
I get a kick out of them
Blue Collar Comedy Tour is prob my favorite right now
i like watching jack ***, cracks me up on some of the stupid things they do, i would never try most of the crap they do, like lighting fireworks off from your but thats just dumb but funny.

Best Family Guy Episode: Peter teaches Meg to drive and peter drives into a satelite dish nocking out tv all over the area everybody goes nuts and while the news broadcasters have no viewers the have fun when the producers say"uhh were still on in Brooklyn!"
