2024 Door Crunched in the Ice

Hi gang - I hope this is the right forum.
I made a huge mistake with my 2024 F-350 Lariat Crew and I was hoping you folks might be able to give me a ballpark of what parts would require replacement or would the whole door need to be replaced, and if you have any experience on what it might cost.
Pulling out of a driveway, I neglected to notice the very ominous snow pile which turned to a solid block of ice and proceeded to take out the bottom of my rear passenger side door and a small dent of the front door.
I am going to pay out of pocket as the truck is only a few months old with less than 2500 miles on it. I want to go all new, no repair, no aftermarket. Any ideas on the best way to progress? Auto body shop, or through a Ford dealer directly?
Thanks a million for any suggestions!

I would take it to a body shop and see what they say. Probably 2 or 3 shops to get a comparison.

Honestly, IMHO, if the door has always and continues to fit the jam well I would 1) keep what ya got. 2) that is just an outer skin damage so to speak (most likely) and I would look at getting a paintless dent repair guy out to fix it. They are very good at what they do and it will be immaculate when they are done. FYI- check at a Porsche etc. type dealership to see who they use as every dealer has new cars that come with issues!

The paint at the bottom- most of these guys are good at touch up painting as well...that is an easy location to correct.
