New Members / How to Join
NEW MEMBERS- You must reside within the state of South Carolina to join our chapter.
When you have been accepted to the chapter, I will add you to the welcome thread in the chapter forum for you. You will need stop by, and post a little about yourself, so the other members can get to know you. The thread will be at the top of the forum and is labeled as "Welcome new members!". This is a requirement for chapter membership. New members who choose not to do this may be removed from chapter membership.
A basic rule for being a chapter member is to occasionally participate in some form, which can include stopping by the chapter forum, and letting us know what you’re up to, posting on forum threads, creating threads of your own in the forum, attending get togethers, and/or promoting the chapter on FTE. Members can be removed from the chapter for not being active in some way.
We also ask that when you achieve 25 posts, that you enable your Private Message (PM) feature, so you may receive occasional pm's about chapter happenings. If you’re not sure how to do this, get a hold of me, and I'll be glad to help you get it set up.
Once you join the chapter please add yourself to the chapter "members map." This is not required but will be helpful in knowing where everyone is in the state.
Once you are able to create a profile signature please consider putting the chapter join link in your signature. Please reach out to me if you are willing.
The chapter is here for the benefit of all our South Carolina members, so please participate, make suggestions, etc. to help keep the chapter active!
Now that we got all of that out the way, you can join the SC Chapter by clicking here.
Instructions on how to join once clicking the above link are below if needed.
