Lumbar “stuck”

Lumbar “stuck”
My wife’s 2021 expedition KR drivers seat lumbar is “stuck” in the all the way out position. Dealership stated “that is the default position and the motor isn’t getting power”. What I’m looking for any help to get that back in without the motor. Any help is appreciated
