Vermont August 2024 BS - get the haying done, school shopping out of the way so you can see the fair
Good morning Vermont and FTE land. Another month down and summer is flying by. Been pretty humid summer so I'm not disappointed for that to be ending soon. Hope you have a great August.

Good warm and muggy August morning Jim and wandering woodchucks. Next couple of days look to be miserable, hot and steamy. To top it off I have biceps tendonitis in my left arm. Pinched like crazy if I move certain ways. Probably from too much work with the chain saw, log splitter and shovel moving gravel and mud. Doc says 3 months to heal.

ThongTastic Thursday Vermont, Jim, Shawn, Bud and all the Woodchucks. Rain here this morning finally with 1/3rd of an inch and a little more on the way. Sorry parts of Vermont got So much, I would have gladly taken some of it here. The Soothsayers are saying more rain and storms this evening and tonight. But this afternoon will be 98° and high humidity so they say. I figure about 1600 if I need to go outside I can swim through the air! LOL
Little planned for today other than drop by DD's and pick up some metal stuff and drop it to a buddy that scraps!

Wondrous Weekend Eve Vermont, Jim, Shawn and woodchucks on this steamy day. Sun is out, it is already 76° and feels like 80°. They say we will reach the upper 80's and feel like 95°. We are supposed to have afternoon storms, and I am sure that will make outside miserable!
So, I am thinking I will have me weekend eve party inside this evening.

Good morning woodchucks. Jim and Rod and I agree on the forecast - hot and steamy. Supposed to hit 92 here with a feels like of around 100. Humidity will keep me in today. Hot I can stand (not like, just stand) but hot and humid is too much.

Sensational Saturday Vermont, Shawn, Jim and all the woodchucks. It looks like a nice day in my woods after the rain we didn't get passed by. After all the predictions of rain and storms, we only got 4/100ths of an inch in 24 hours. But today will be partly sunny, about 85°, index of 86°, rh of 50%, and a little breeze.
After doing my Domestic Househusband Chores yesterday, I may take today as a SlackTastic day!
