Gathering parts for fuel tank mod and pre-filter??
Gathering up parts so when I drop the tank I have all I need on hand. Picked up some J30R14 Gates 5/16 fuel hose and a Wix 33972 filter. I have 3/8 steel tube and unions. Looking for quality fuel injection hose clamps, any suggestions? Also wanting to have the O-rings for the tank disconnect fittings, anyone have part #'s for these?
My local Irish Mafia had fuel injection clamps on the shelf. I'm not sure I'd call them quality, but they worked fine. I wouldn't and didn't bother reusing the factory "quick connect" hoses. Just replaced with fuel hose and clamps. No seals to worry about after that.
I have plenty of tools including PVC, PEX and every other hose type cutter.
I found the hose at Advance AP for $1 a foot which surprised me, they said they didn't have clamps. When I googled it showed Ideal clamps at Advance in stock so I ordered a pack for $5 for 4 they are #15 fuel injection hose clamps.
Huh? A dollar a foot for fuel hose? That was a dollar US right? Not some crypto something or other with like a 10:1 exchange rate? If the hose is legit I'd stock up, for real, because I haven't seen regular fuel hose for under $5/ft in a couple years, and fuel injection hose is up around $11/ft.

I can verify that, installed a SUMP last year on the Excursion, and Fuel Injection rated hose cost me a bundle, seems like they wanted $8ish a foot then?
I prefer to use Gates transmission cooler hose for the fuel lines, it hold up extremely well. I use this to feed/return from the airdog as well as feed up to my distribution block in the valley. It works very well with quality pushlock fittings

I found some guy selling 50' of 3/4 gas station fuel hose for ~60 dollars via a two year old listing. Only recent listing I jumped on faster on was a 70 dollar mag drill.

Yes, $1 is what I paid, actually $1.09 with tax. Maybe I should go back and give them more money...not.
Local parts store had Gates hydraulic hose for pushlock fittings, I took the # and googled it, not made for fuels, gas or diesel so I passed.

What listing service are you finding two your old listings on?
