2 4 shift sleeve in a BW1350
I started having a problem on my 87 Bronco 2. Its a manual shift transfer case and when I have the manual hubs engaged and the transfer case in 2W I get a chunk noise one time at ~40-45 mph. I suspect the 2-4 shift sleeve is moving to the 4W position and is getting thrown back to 2W position. Has anybody seen this problem? What do you replace to hold the sleeve in the proper position?
